A pre-order reserves your requested title subject to printing and availability. Pre-order books may take approximately 20–30 working days to dispatch after confirmation.
Damaged, missing or incorrect books
If you receive a materially damaged, missing or incorrect book, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video where available, photographs, order details and the shipping label.
Returns and unclaimed parcels
Books cannot normally be returned for change of mind after delivery. Unclaimed or refused parcels may incur re-shipping costs. Approved returns must be unused and in their original condition.
Refund conditions and timeline
Approved refunds are processed through the original or agreed payment method after review. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply. Shipping charges may be non-refundable where the courier service was completed.
Digital resources
Downloaded or delivered digital resources are not refundable after access has been provided, except where required by law.
